Customers must ensure:
Safe access to service areas
Removal of personal items near the worksite
Accurate disclosure of existing system conditions
We are not responsible for damage to personal property left near the work area.
Limited warranties are provided on installation workmanship per your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment but are not the responsibility of Mackey Services.
Warranty is void if:
Third-party repairs are performed
Required maintenance is not completed
Customer declines recommended repairs affecting performance
